Welcome to the electronic proceeding of the SPIT-IEEE Colloquium and International Conference sponsored by IEEE R-10 TAC and IEEE Bombay Section.
It is an event that brings together researchers and practitioners with a shared interest in tools, techniques, and technology. It includes an exciting array of workshops, posters, paper presentations and exhibitions to discuss recent trends and advances in Information and Communication Technology. The conference features two keynote speakers and talks by fourteen other invitees. 180 papers were selected by the review committee. Special workshop sessions were devoted on Information Security, Data Mining and VLSI and Embedded Systems.
The electronic proceedings aim to publish contributed papers & posters presented at the conference.To ensure easy access and fast publication we have chosen an electronic format.
